For a busy mom I never had time to truly sit down and journal. I wanted to remember what had happened on a particular day, but always felt like journaling involved carving out time and writing a full page of the events that occurred. Many times, I would start strong, but would get behind or miss many days in a row due to a busy stretch of life.
That is when I found “One Line a Day.”
This new journal allowed for me to keep memories intact while not requiring a lot of my time. I can basically hit the highlights of the day. The thing I enjoy most about this journal is that I can reflect on a particular day for five straight years.
This journal has allowed me to reflect on many years at one time and see the blessings of God throughout that time. I can look back on what my focus was during that time the years before and what I was doing. I wake up every morning and write down the events from the previous day right before I start my Bible reading for that day. This can allow me to reflect on prayers answered during the last five years as well.
If you are busy like me, but you want to find a way to keep a record of those memories and moments, I highly encourage a “One Line a Day” journal.
